Our three ensembles are located on the south coast on both sides of the town of Lagoa: one to the west in the small fishing village of Salema and two to the east in the Carvoeiro region.
The slopes of the small bay of Salema were once characterised by fishermen’s cottages, footpaths, and narrow alleyways. Our Casas are embedded authentically in this neighbourhood, with panoramic views of the Atlantic and the sound of the waves included.
The coastal town of Carvoeiro – which incidentally has no high-rise buildings – is popular with beach holidaymakers and winter visitors from all around the globe. The range of leisure activities on offer is equally diverse. Although your apartment will be your own island of tranquillity, you will never be too far away from people.
A new villa district has been created on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, designed to perfectly blend in with the landscape. Our Villas de Terra Calma combine elegant aesthetics and sophisticated comfort with ample personal space and natural flair. Available from 2026.
