Make your dream of an entire terraced house at the historical centre of the popular holiday resort of Carvoeiro a reality with Casa Concha. This property is perfect for all those who enjoy both facets of the Algarve – the private seclusion on the one hand and the bustling array of restaurants, bars and shops on the other. All public amenities and the beach lie within walking distance.
Comfortable and spotlessly clean. The house was extensively renovated in 2017 and furnished in the style of the casas de Carvoeiro in 2021. In the living room with underfloor heating you can make yourself wonderfully cosy even on cooler days. Two bedrooms (each with a double bed) and plenty of storage space. Comfortable fixtures and furnishings in both the modern U-shaped kitchen and the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower ensure that you’ll be able to relax in complete contentment. Bright dry-stone walls inside and out echo the rustic flair typical of the country.
Private outdoor areas. Casa Concha’s little inner courtyard is the ideal setting for dining beneath the stars and the dining area with a brick barbecue on the roof is the perfect place to while away the evening. Four sun loungers stand ready for sunbathing, reading or simply dozing – and there’s an outdoor shower to cool off, too. Wonderful views can be enjoyed over Carvoeiro from the roof terrace.
Casa Concha can accommodate up to four guests seeking a holiday at a sedate pace. Lively party people are probably better accommodated elsewhere.

The word 'Concha' means shell. We found this very apt, as the villa is the perfect place to withdraw for some peace and quiet while life flows on outside.

Final cleaning
- Final cleaning: Each apartment is cleaned thoroughly after guests leave – this is automatically included. After 3 days we additionally change your towels, after 7 days your bed linen. Want to book additional cleaning services or fresh bedlinen for during your stay? Simply let us know.
Optional extras
- Airport transfer from/to Faro: Let us know when your flight will arrive and we’ll come pick you up at Faro Airport and take you and your luggage to your beach house in Salema or Carvoeiro. And at the end of your holiday, we can take you back to Faro Airport again. On request, a transfer service is also available to/from Lisbon.
