The drive from Faro Airport to Carvoeiro takes approximately 45 minutes and it is around 1.5 hours to Salema. The check-in procedure is different for Salema and Carvoeiro. You will be sent all of the details later on with your booking information. We wish you a safe journey!
Arriving in Salema. If you have booked accommodation in Salema, head for our reception in the centre of the village: Largo da Liberdade 18. Please check in at the reception. Our concierge service will accompany you to your holiday residence and show you around. If the reception is closed, please dial the telephone number indicated to reach the concierge on-call service. Incidentally, the best place to while away the wait is in the little café next door.
Arriving in Carvoeiro. To check into your holiday residence in Carvoeiro, go to the address indicated in your booking confirmation. Our local concierge service will hand over the keys and provide instructions.
Extended stays. Spend the winter in a Mediterranean climate, escape the long summers in the city, enjoy deep regeneration after exhausting times ... We offer favourable conditions for those wishing to lease one of our properties for several months – so longer than just the usual holiday period. Please contact us directly and mention that you’re interested in an extended stay.
Dogs and cats. Where fisherman can be found, cats are normally never far away. In Salema, they are a part of the scenery. Please do not feed them! Take care not to let any cats into your apartment or to lock one in by mistake either. We thank you – also on behalf of our four-legged friends! A village full of cats is difficult for most dogs. The dog ban on the supervised stretches of beach should be respected – at least during the high season. If you still want to bring your dog(s) with you, then please contact us about this specifically.
